Job Description:
  • 1.Identify and onboard new issuers for listing at India INX, including corporates, financial institutions, and government-related entities.
  • 2.Proactively connect with potential issuers to pitch listing products (debt, equity, green bonds, GDRs, etc.) of India INX.
  • 3.Schedule and attend meetings with key decision-makers like CFOs, treasury heads, and bankers to explain the listing process and benefits.
  • 4.Build strong, long-term relationships with issuers, arrangers, legal advisors, and other market participants.
  • 5.Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote India INX and generate new leads.
  • 6.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of listing transactions and timely resolution of issuer queries.
  • 7.Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and listing pipeline using CRM tools.
  • 8.Track industry trends, market intelligence, and regulatory updates to support strategic sales initiatives.
  • 9.Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to prepare pitchbooks, brochures, and issuer outreach materials.

Job Description:
  • • Monitoring price/volume movement and price band relaxation in the applicable financial products using surveillance application to safeguard against any market manipulation/insider trading/synchronised trading and other allied malpractices.
  • • Good understanding and in-depth knowledge of various derivatives and Equity products. Identification and analysis of abnormal price movements, trading patterns and preparation of Investigation report and other related activities.
  • • Managing multi-disciplinary market information / regulation /trading scenarios and system enhancements to ensure best-in-class market & appropriate surveillance processes & actions.
  • • Benchmarking to continuously evolve surveillance practices and implementing automated measures to monitor price & position movements in the market.
  • • Continuous adherence to Operating manuals and a focus on optimizing process while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements of all times.
  • • Provide periodic reports/need based reports to IFSCA, SEZ, RBI and other govt. authorities to meet various stringent regulatory timelines and good understanding/ knowledge of quantitative/ statistical techniques used for analysis of data.
  • • Enhancing surveillance reports and alters, develop new reports
  • • Implementation of various guidelines/circulars/regulations issued by IFSCA and other authorities from time to time.
  • • Maintain repository of all regulatory correspondence & regulatory reporting in a time-bound manner.
Experience:2 - 5 years.
