Mode of Connectivity
The On-line trading system of the Exchange is accessible to its members through multiple modes of connectivity such as colocation ,Point to Point Leased line and Internet. Network latency may vary depending upon the mode of connectivity and the geographical distance between Member's trading location and the Exchange. Members of the Exchange may choose the mode of connectivity best suited to their business needs.

• Colocation

An exchange colocation facility allows trading members to house their servers and trading infrastructure within or near the exchange's premises, facilitating ultra-low latency
and high-speed trading. The Members can apply for colocation facility through online portal https://iiefs.indiainx.com/ .

Below is the salient features and charges of Colocation.

  • Fair and Equal access of market data by usage of same length cables for all members.
  • Full order book multicast (EOBI) is provided to Co-location members in addition to other supported protocols like MDI, EMDI and NFCAST at no cost.
  • Precision Time Protocol (PTP) facility for the time synchronization of member server with exchange servers provided at no cost.
  • Cross connects link facility from telecom Cross connect link facility from telecom Mux room to member quarter rack space for members private links provided at no cost.
  • Internet IP Sec VPN for members colocation servers’ management at no cost.
  • 10 U quarter rack space is provided free of charge and USD 3750 per annum applicable toward additional quarter rack space requirement.
  • 10 Gbps multi-mode fiber connectivity with redundancy will be provided from the exchange switches for order routing and market data. Annual charge of USD 700 per 10 Gbps connectivity applicable.
• Leased Line – Point to Point Connectivity

Member can avail point to point leased line facility for algorithm/non algorithm trading from his office in IFSC zone. The Members can apply for managed leased line facility through

online portal https://iiefs.indiainx.com/ router is provided by exchange in managed leased line.
