India International Exchange IFSC Limited (INDIA INX) is a subsidiary of the BSE Limited.

INDIA INX is regulated by International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), the unified authority for the development and regulation of financial products, financial services and financial institutions in the International Financial Services Centres (IFSC) in India. The IFSCA was established on April 27, 2020 under the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019. IFSCA aims to develop a strong global connect and focus on the needs of the Indian economy as well as to serve as an international financial platform for the entire region and the global economy as a whole.

Until the establishment of IFSCA, INDIA INX was regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). INDIA INX had received initial recognition to act as Stock Exchange from SEBI. Further, post the establishment of IFSCA, the recognition has been received by INDIA INX from time to time.
